Refund policy

We take great pride in our products and although refunds and returns are rare, we take every measure to ensure the highest level of customer service.  Here are some important notes about our products to help you better understand our return and refund policy.  

  • CUSTOM CUT:  All orders are custom cut.  In the event you would like to cancel your order and receive a refund, we'll be happy to providing your request is within 14 days from your purchase date and before materials were purchased, assigned, or cut on your behalf.   All sales are final and nonrefundable once the 14 days pass.
  • SHAPING ACRYLIC:  Acrylic toppers are shipped with shaping sticks and most often do not need shaping.  In the event you attempt to shape yourself, be mindful and don't over heat or over bend.  We are not responsible in the event you snap your topper due to over bending or heating. 
  • WOOD:  Our wood toppers are shipped flat.  They have enough bend to not need a shaping stick.  You can flatten them by following the instructions on the card inserted with your order.  Wood is a natural element and will react to various conditions including humidity, water, and dry heat.  We are not responsible for snapping or warping.   Please follow instructions you received with your shipment.  
  • ASSEMBLY:  Our faux and cork toppers are assembled over your core choice with a very strong adhesive.  In the event you see a small air pocket between the core and fabric, simply press the material down against the core forcing it to stick.  PLEASE REFRAIN from pulling the material upward.  If you continue to see gaps after you've pressed downward, you can push a small amount of glue between the core and fabric or contact us for additional support and instructions.  
  • FRAME FIT:  We cut our toppers from SVG files and ship any where from 400 to 600 toppers a week.  We've learned 'frame behavior' and that some frames change over time and toppers may not hug completely.  In the event your toppers aren't hugging the way they should, consider purchasing GLUE DOTS  to help secure them.  Keep in mind you're laying plastic over plastic or wood over plastic and they will never have 100% contact.  Even toppers from the official site will always have a small gap. 
  • MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS:  Having any third party maintenance on your glasses will CHANGE the shape of your frame and toppers MAY NOT FIT PROPERLY following any such work.  Please be mindful and respectful when ordering knowing there may be a possibility that our toppers may not hug as they should due to third party work you've had on your frames.  You can request a blank topper in your frame style.  This will allow you to test the waters before your purchase and confirm fit.  
  • CHOICES:  All product material choices are published along with color and pattern options.  Some products even include a short video showing you color and movement.  Due to the custom nature of your order, refunds based on color or pattern choice will not be granted. 
  • MAGNETS:  We assemble our toppers with 5x5x1mm N52 strong hold magnets.  In the event you should lose a magnet, please reach out to us and we'll ship you replacements along with a marking to ensure you're placing the magnet properly.  Refunds will not be issued in the event a magnet is lost or loosens.  
  • REFUNDS:  In the event LaserNonna agrees to refund you for your order, we will email you a return label and a refund will be applied upon receipt of your parcel less shipping costs.
  • EXCHANGES:  Due to the custom nature of all orders, we do not accept exchanges.
  • AS IS:   All AS IS toppers include a brief explanation as to why we felt the topper didn't meet our standards.  All AS IS toppers are a final sale and non-refundable.
