Shipping policy

ALL shipments go out via USPS or UPS.  We do not use any other carriers.  

In the event there is a PRIORITY option, and you select that choice, it will NOT accelerate fabrication or fulfillment, but simply quicken delivery once your order is cut, boxed, and out the door.  

FREE SHIPPING offers cannot be combined with any other discounts, coupons, or offers. 

Following your 6th order, you should reach out to us via email and request to join Nonna’s Tribe to receive free shipping moving forward. You will receive an email reply confirming you're now part of NONNA'S TRIBE which offers unlimited free shipping.  The discount cannot be shared.  The email on file, billing and shipping address must all match to take advantage of the discount.  Any violations of our rules will result in immediate termination of the privilege.
