What about SHAPING...

Our customers are amazed that they don't have to shape our acrylic toppers when they arrive.  Ever wonder why?  When we remove the toppers from the laser, they're still warm.    They're warm enough to behave and do what we want them to do.  We immediately insert a shaping stick and let them cool. Now you know our secret!

Once they're cool, we remove the stick and mount the magnets...then the stick goes back and is married to the topper all through the journey to your home.

We've learned this process ensures that when you open your box, you can snap that topper right into place without shaping.

Some ask if they need to store them with the stick.  You don't!  The stick was simply there for the ride and now your toppers are trained and fine living on their own.

Now let's talk about our flexible wood.  For a very short time, we were shipping our flexible wood with shaping sticks but quickly learned that they don't like that!  The wood is so flexible that shipping with a shaping stick created too much of a bend.  This is why we ship them flat.

Now I know you're compelled to test the waters and see just how far they'll bend.  Trust me, it will take a lot to snap them...but trust our word, we know how far they'll go...it's pretty far!  We don't want you to snap yours!

It's important to remember that wood is a natural element and reacts to heat, cold, wet, and dry.  If for some reason they don't lay flat when on a tabletop, simply spray the back of the topper lightly, place between two paper towels, and put something heavy on top until it's dry.  They should be fine after that!

Most don't realize that not all acrylic is the same.  Some acrylics are more resistant than others and we've found our happy place and know that the acrylic we use is perfect for assembling our toppers!

It gets nice and warm when we laser it, nice and comfy with the shaping stick during it's journey to you, then stays just how it's supposed to for all your tomorrows.

Rock on...
