FULFILLMENT, CUTTING, and HYBRIDS

FULFILLMENT can be as fast as THREE BUSINESS DAYS!

UNASSEMBLED DIY BLANKS (3 Business Days):
DIY Blank orders (unassembled) will be processed within 3 Business Days. Orders cannot include toppers from any other collections.

UNASSEMBLED (ALL MATERIALS - SHIPPED EVERY MONDAY):  Unassembled orders will be fulfilled every MONDAY from the prior week.  In the event the amount of orders received collectively over the week exceed our work day, the remaining orders will roll over to the following MONDAY.

SINGLE ITEM ORDERS (Shipped every SATURDAY): Orders that are placed with 1 ITEM will be processed every SATURDAY. We will cut up to 50 individual orders per calendar week. A stacked set is considered one item, a full collection is not.  Single item orders (up to $16), now have a $2.50 Economy Shipping Option.  The topper will be packaged in a stable envelope and include a shaping stick to insert upon receipt.  This option is perfect for themed, specialty, and holiday toppers and ensures a quick turn. 

ASSEMBLED | ALL COLLECTIONS (Up to 8 WEEKS):  Toppers purchased (magnets assembled) from any of our collections are cut TUESDAY through FRIDAY in the order they were received.  Fulfillment can be up to 8 weeks.  

REPLACEMENTS: Replacement orders (missing, broken, or lost) are processed every SATURDAY.

INTERNATIONAL:  International orders are shipped within one week to compensate for higher shipping costs and longer transit time.  In the event you do not receive tracking with one week, please reach out as we may be missed notifications.  We are NOT responsible for any ADDITIONAL TARRIF or CUSTOM CHARGES required to complete your delivery.  

HYBRIDS:  Hybrid requests must be entered exactly how the file is published here on LaserNonna or through any third party site.   If you can supply the link for a third party file, that would help us locate its destination.  Failure to supply the correct information will default your order to Standard or Nonna Toppers. 

CHANGES & UPDATES:  In the event you need to update or change your pending order, we ask that you please email acell1956@icloud.com

DO NOT send screen shots, they prevent us for copying your message and pasting it on your new ticket request. Instead, email a short note similar to this: Please swap my Silver Mirrored Nonna with Silver Glitter Overload Nonna for order 1234. Another example is: Please replace the Gold Mirror Nonna, it broke during transit. In the event we need a photo, we will reach out. In some cases, we will recut and replace, no questions asked. Most importantly, we respond to all emails the same business day. In the event you do not receive a reply, please try through social media or our website chat feature.
