BEFORE YOU GET STARTED, it's IMPORTANT that you READ this SHOP PAY NOTE:  Shop is a third party website and will sometimes BLOCK choices if placing an order through THEIR platform (not our official LaserNonna Website).  It is IMPORTANT that when you place your order, if using SHOP, to contact us to CONFIRM we have everything we need to complete it.  In addition, PLEASE DO NOT use SHOP as a method of communication as messages can also get blocked.  Please TEXT US directly by using our dedicated phone line which is:  689-226-5406.  You can also choose to email us LaserNonna@Gmail.com

UNASSEMBLED DIY BLANKS (3 Business Days):
DIY Blank orders (unassembled) will be processed within 3 Business Days. Orders cannot include toppers from any other collections.

SINGLE ITEM ORDERS (Shipped every SATURDAY): Orders that are placed with 1 ITEM will be processed every SATURDAY. We will cut up to 100 individual orders per calendar week. In the event volume exceeds 100, they're pushed to the following week.

ASSEMBLED | ALL COLLECTIONS (Up to 8 WEEKS):  Toppers purchased (magnets assembled) from any of our collections are cut TUESDAY through FRIDAY in the order they were received.  Fulfillment can be up to 8 weeks.  

REPLACEMENTS: Replacement orders (missing, broken, or lost) are processed every SATURDAY.

HYBRIDS:  Hybrid requests must be entered exactly how the file is published here on LaserNonna or through any third party site.   If you can supply the link for a third party file, that would help us locate its destination.  Failure to supply the correct information will default your order to Standard or Nonna Toppers. 

FIT:  Our toppers are laser cut from SVG files.  Each style has a dedicated file and every topper is cut the same (per style).  Randomly, a customer will reach out with concerns sharing their toppers aren't fitting as they should.  In the event our toppers are not fitting your frames, this is due to your frame being manipulated during lab work, the strength of your prescription, or just wear and tear over time.  We will work with you to help modify a custom file for you but we are not obligated to refund or recut any topper until we discuss a plan and solution.  

CHANGES & UPDATES:  In the event you need to update or change your pending order, we ask that you please email acell1956@icloud.com

DO NOT send screen shots, they prevent us for copying your message and pasting it on your new ticket request. Instead, email a short note similar to this: Please swap my Silver Mirrored Nonna with Silver Glitter Overload Nonna for order 1234. Another example is: Please replace the Gold Mirror Nonna, it broke during transit. In the event we need a photo, we will reach out. In some cases, we will recut and replace, no questions asked. Most importantly, we respond to all emails the same business day. In the event you do not receive a reply, please try through social media or our website chat feature.
